Cleveland Solar Cooperative is building power through knowledge this summer with Solar School. Solar School is a six week, hands-on cooperative learning course that covers the current political landscape for solar development in Ohio, where and how to evaluate what places are best for solar, how to work with property and building owners to build solar, and what goes into financing a solar array.
Throughout it all, we will be learning about the importance of community-ownership and cooperation in making the Just Transition happen!
No prior solar knowledge is necessary - we are looking for people passionate about cooperatives, the environment, and renewable energy who want to work with their neighbors to build the change we need!
